Each article in the table will show you the current word count and the date & time you created the article.

When you click on the tick box next to an article, more functionality is enabled.  You can delete the article or chose from three different formats to export your article.  If you want to export multiple articles, they will be included inside a .zip file.

You can highlight any text to change the format of headings, make text bold or italic, insert images and links etc.

Inserting Media

You can search for royalty free stock images or videos from Pexels and Pixabay right inside the content editors user interface.

You can also generate AI images related to your keyword.  The AI generated images are also royalty free.

When you click on the "Search Media" button shown above, a window like the one below will appear.  

First select if you would like to generate an AI image or search Pixabay or Pexels for an image to use in your article.

If you are generating an AI image, try to be quite specific instead of searching for a keyword.

If you are searching Pixabay or Pexels, you can enter the main keyword for your article to find relevant images.

Click on the insert button to include the image inside your article.  You can then edit the size of the image and the image-text alignment.

Duplicate Content Checking

We have a custom built, duplicate content checking tool included inside the content editor

When you click on this button, we will check the content in your article for any duplicate content in Google.  This is the same duplicate content checking functionality we've been running inside Spamzilla for years.

Revisions

The Spamzilla Content Tool automatically saves your content as you create it, but you may also like to save your article at different stages of creation.

Using the "Save Revision" button you can make a copy of the article in its current state.  Then using the "Revisions" button in the top menu, you can choose to restore a previously saved version of your article.

Rewrite Content

Included inside the content editor is the ability to use AI to rewrite text.  Simply highlight a section of text and click on the rewrite button in the top menu.

A new window will appear with some rewritten text from our custom built AI.  You can choose to replace the text you selected with the newly generated text.  Or if you don't like the new text, you can click on the "Redo" button to generate a new rewrite of  your selected text.

Generate Text with AI

You can use our custom built AI to generate text inside the content editor.  Simply select some text and click on either of the "Generate Text" buttons.

You will see a relevant paragraph of text is generated directly inside the content editor.  If you aren't happy with the new generated text, you can click on the Redo button in the bottom left corner.

Grammar Checking

We have included grammer checking directly inside the content editor.  When you see a coloured underline, hover your mouse over this text.  You will see different options to fix up the grammer.

Readability Score

We have included the 6 most popular readability scores to grade your content.  A quick Google search on any of these grading systems will provide you with more details.

The Content Brief tool allows you to quickly and easily generate an outline for your article.  

Simply enter a keyword such as "cheap golf clubs" and click on the "Search" button and wait for the data to appear.

Content Research

If you click on the drop down menu shown below, you will see many different options to choose from.

We are populating all of this data, so you can then easily build an article outline.

Competition

This data is collected from the top 10 results from Google for the keyword that you searched for.  Our crawlers visit each of the top 10 websites and extract the H2 headings.  We then use AI to rank them by their relevance to the keyword you searched for.  The results at the top of the list are the most relevant to your keyword.

Questions

This data is scraped from Google and is the People Also Asked questions related to the keyword you searched for.

Auto Complete

This data is scraped from Google and is the Auto Complete keywords that Google suggests are related to the keyword you searched for.

Similar Search

This data is scraped from Google and is the similar searches you see at the bottom of a search results page.  These are queries Google says are related to your keyword

AI Questions

We use AI to generate a large list of questions related to your keyword.

AI Outline

We use AI to generate an article outline that is related to the keyword you searched for.

AI Topic Facts

We ask AI to generate some facts that are relevant to the keyword you searched for.

AI Topic Statistics

We ask AI to generate some statistics that are relevant to the keyword you searched for.

AI Topic Coverage

We ask AI to generate a list of the most important topics to cover for the keyword you searched for.

Article Outline

The user interface was designed to make building your article outline easy.

Simply click on the "+" button next to any of the items in the list and it will be populated into the Article Outline section.

You can select any of the Content Research items and quickly populate your Article Outline.

You can use the buttons highlighted above to:

• Add a new item to your Article Outline
• Move one of the items up or down in the list
• Increase / Decrease the type of heading e.g. H2 or H3

You can also click on the left side of an item and drag it up or down to reorder the list.

Using the "Paste" button highlighted in the image above, you can copy and paste any text and it will be populated as your article outline.  You need to use one sentence per line.

Save Article Outline

Once you are happy with your article outline, you need to give it a name and save it by clicking on the "Save Article Brief" button.

After you've saved your content brief, you will see it appear inside the AutoMator

This is the artificial intelligence (AI) used to automatically write full length articles.

AutoMator uses a custom developed machine learning infrastructure that combines many different AI technologies.  

Article Type

Here you select the different AI Models to generate your articles.  We will be adding more in future.

 Standard: This AI model will produce full length articles with a size between 700-1500 words long.  The output in generally in plain text format.

 Standard+HTML: This AI model is the same as above, though the output will contain full HTML formatting.  The length of these article may be shorter than those produced from the Standard AI model.

 Unlimited: This AI model will generate much larger article with an average length of 2000 words to 5000 words.  This output will also contain HTML formatting.

Creativity

This setting determines how creative you would like the article to be. Using a settings of 1 will write in a more accurate manner, where using a setting of 3 would produce more creative writing.

Main Keyword

This is generally the main keyword of your article. In this setting you enter the main keyword for generating the Article Structure details in the next section.

Article Structure

This set of settings is used to send to the AI for the article generation.  You can click on the AutoMate button to automatically populate all of the settings in the three tabs Article Title, Description and Keywords.

Each tab also have a Generate button you can use to ask the AI to only populate the specific tab you are viewing.

Article Outline

The Article Outlines are also known as the Content Brief.  These are the topics and headings you're telling the AI to use when generating your article.

Use the drop down menu to select a content brief you have previously saved.

Use the "+ Add Outline" button to create a new outlines for your article.  This will open a new window which contains the Content Brief generation tool.

Media

The media settings allows you to automatically insert relevant, royalty-free images into your article.  Or you can use AI to generate brand new images.

Media Search Keyword: Input a keyword you would like to search for related images.  Or use this to enter details about the image you would like the AI to generate.

Total Images: Enter how many images you would like included in the article.

Word Gap: This is the spacing within the article you would like each image to appear.

Generate Article

Once you have populated the data inside the AutoMator section, its time to generate your article.

Click on the "Generate Article" button and wait 2-3mins for the AI to generate your article.

To publish an article to a WordPress website, first you need to configure the connection details under the "Site Settings" tab.  

Once you have done this, you can select the WordPress site, the WordPress category from the site, the publishing date and the status of the article.

Configuring A WordPress Website

To add a new WordPress website, first click on the "Add Site" button.

You will then see a new window open (like below).  Please fill in all the fields and click on the "Test Connection" button.  If your connection test was successful you can click on the "Save Site Details" button.

WordPress Account

You do not need to use an Admin account from your WordPress site, you can use an editor account if you like.

XMLRPC

The WordPress integration uses the XMLRPC functionality.  

There should be a file inside the root folder of your WordPress site called "xmlrpc.php".  For security reasons it is a good idea to rename this filename.

You can change the name of this file and include the new filename inside the "Website XML-RPC Endpoint" field in the image above.

Many shared hosting services will use cPanel or they will provide FTP access to your website files.

In the screenshot below, we logged into our cPanel hosting account, and then we opened the 'File Manager'.  You can see the 'xmlrpc.php' file that we will rename to 'testrpc.php'.

If you are having issues connecting to your website using xmlrpc, your hosting provider could be blocking it.  You may need to contact the support desk for your hosting provider.  

The ReWritor tool allows you to easily scrape any article and use our AI to rewrite a brand new article.  The new article will appear inside the content editor.

Simply enter the URL of an article you would like to scrape and click on the "Download Article" button.  Alternatively you can copy and paste the data into the ReWritor content box.

ReWritor Settings

There are three different settings to configure, these settings tell the AI how you would like it to rewrite the article.

Enhancer:

A higher level will tell the AI to add more new (but related) text and will potentially increase the uniqueness of your text. However, it could diminish its relevance in certain cases.

Creativity:

A higher level of creativity will tell the AI to rewrite the original text in a more creative way and to add larger enhancements so that the new text could become quite different from the original. While the AI will try to maintain the main idea of the text, higher levels of Creativity could alter the relevance of the new text.

Distinctiveness:

Tell the AI how different you want the text to be (compared to the original).
